This is an original Japanese poster printed in 1977 for the first release of Samurai Executioner.
As so often happens, the English video title Samurai Executioner has almost nothing to do with the actual movie, and the Japanese title is not much closer. There is an executioner, but the movie is not about him. Rather, it is a highly fictionalized story of Oden Takahashi, the last woman to be beheaded in Japan in 1879.
